FLT LVL Wingman Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the FLT LVL Wingman Program. By applying, registering for, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before sharing your code or promoting our products.


1. Program Overview

The Wingman Program is designed to collaborate with passionate pilots and aviation enthusiasts who help promote FLT LVL products through honest reviews, social media posts, and word-of-mouth. In exchange for your promotional efforts, you earn exclusive discounts, referral discounts for your audience, and potential periodic rewards.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent).

  • Acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of FLT LVL. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason.

  • You should ideally be an active pilot, aviation professional, or aviation content creator who aligns with our brand values.

3. Wingman Perks & Benefits

As an active participant in the Wingman Program, you are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Personal Discount: You will receive a 20% off personal discount code or status for your own purchases on our website. This code is strictly for your personal use and should not be shared publicly.

  • Follower Discount Code: You will be assigned a unique 10% discount code (or custom link) to share with your audience, followers, and fellow pilots, granting them 10% off their purchase.

  • Performance-Based Free Apparel: Wingmen who drive significant engagement and high usage of their 10% follower discount code may occasionally receive free apparel items shipped to them at FLT LVL's discretion. Performance metrics (such as redemption volume and social media reach) are evaluated periodically by our team. Free items cannot be explicitly guaranteed or demanded based on a specific sales threshold unless explicitly communicated in writing for a specific promotion.

4. Wingman Responsibilities & Guidelines

To remain active and in good standing in the Program, you agree to:

  • Honest Promotion: Provide genuine reviews, high-quality content, and honest opinions about FLT LVL products.

  • FTC Compliance / Disclosure: Clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with FLT LVL when posting about our products on social media or online platforms (e.g., using hashtags like #AD, #FLTLVL, or #FLTLVLWingman, or platform disclosure tools).

  • Brand Representation: Maintain professional and safe conduct. Do not post content that is illegal, unsafe, defamatory, or damaging to the reputation of FLT LVL or the aviation community.

  • No Coupon Site Posting: You agree not to post your discount code on public coupon-aggregator or promo-code-scraping websites (e.g., RetailMeNot, Honey, etc.). Doing so may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending perks.

5. Termination & Modification

  • Termination by You: You may leave the Wingman Program at any time by notifying us via email at Support@flt-lvl.com

  • Termination by FLT LVL: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse your personal discount code, or engage in behavior harmful to the brand.

  • Program Changes: FLT LVL reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the Wingman Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

6. Limitation of Liability

FLT LVL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. Free apparel rewards and discounts carry no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
